Great pic of the horseman! When I first saw it I assumed it was a stock photo from somewhere. Hard to catch him as he's riding by! Great Job!

Stormalong Bay is probably the most compelling thing about the Yacht Club, although we eat at Yachtsman Steakhouse at least once every trip!

If you are not already DVC members, ask your guide to give you the quick tour of about 30 minutes. If you tell your vacation club guide that you already know most of the DVC facts, they'll speed it up for you. Another possibility is to tag along with DVC members between 5-7p any day. We will be back at DW 10/18-20. Let us know if you want the 10 minute tour with us!

Nice pics. Does the tour take quite a while? We wanted to see the rooms, but didn't want to get too much sales pressure or commit too much time.

Hey Pat! There are two important considerations when looking at DVC membership. 1-Your initial investment will be paid off in 4-7 years. Then you will have another 35-38 years of vacation accommodations basically free. That's the money you would have spent on your vacations anyway. 2-You will pay annual dues to DVC to maintain the properties and part is tax deductible as real estate tax. We pay $165 per month for our 400 points. That's the equivalent of one stay at a moderate resort each month. That's the financial end of it. We have used our points to have family reunions and cruise. It would be nearly impossible for us to save the money for these, so we have been able to do a lot just because we have vacation points. They are truly the best investment we have ever made. Email me and I will gladly answer any specific questions you have. We just came back from a quick DW trip and saw both Animal Kingdom and Bay Lake Tower room layouts. They are amazing and we can't wait to try them out. We already love the Animal Kingdom Lodge DVC rooms and Kidani Village will be tremendous.

I love the Crystal Palace buffet for breakfast. But that may just be because I'm a big fan of the Winnie the Pooh characters. Plus you can get a reservation before the park opens which is great fun.
